Having been in the Catering Trade for over 25 years, I have first-hand experience in understanding what is required to fill a number of Relief Chef rolls. I have been a Head Chef from the age of Twenty Seven and whether it is being in charge in a large Corporate Hotel kitchen, Fine Dining, Gastro Pub and whether it is a Head, Sous or Chef de Partie position that is required I understand what needs and level of expertise that is necessary for a particular Relief Chef Assignment.
Apart from my vast experience I have been a Relief Chef for six years and travelled all over the Country and worked at various levels and I am used to being able to hit the ground running, fit in with any existing staff and fulfil the brief and assignment in a polite and professional manner.
My last position as a full-time Head Chef at the Lakeside Golf Course where I was for four years, I gained a 5/5 hygiene rating from the Powys County Council and a Four Star review from the Shropshire Star News Paper.
I also never judge any Establishment and make a concerted effort to be polite and professional, all data and details of any assignment is kept confidential and no information will be given to any third party.
